Refund Policy

 

Because sometimes life happens.

 

In the event Serene Wellness cancels a registered series or individual class, the participants will be offered a refund for the series or the individual class as applicable.

In the event the student withdraws/cancels a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start date of a registered series of classes a full refund or credit for future attendance will be offered. Partial refunds (50%) are available for cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

In the event a participant needs to withdraw from an ongoing series due to illness, accident or other circumstances that make it impractical for the participant to continue, Serene Wellness will provide a reasonable and fair refund.

To cancel an autopay membership, please email Lauren@serenewellness.co

Cancellation request must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle, no exceptions. Any charges due within 30 days of cancellation will be charged as scheduled.

 

Monthly membership or class packs may not be shared or transferred. Every student needs an individual account.
