Yoga Haven SD

Mondays 12:00-1:00pm, Haven Wall Yoga

Wall Yoga is a specialized yoga class designed to promote optimal back health and spinal alignment. This class uses a series of safe and effective therapeutic sequences that target the hips and whole spine, upper back, neck, and low back. The Yoga Wall helps create spinal traction, decompresses the vertebrae, and opens up the joints through traditional postures such as standing poses, twists, inversions, backbends, and forward bends. 

South Park Yoga and Wellness

Tuesdays 12:00-1:15pm, Healthy Back Class with the Yoga Wall

 

Perfect for beginners, and those who would like supported stretching, this unique and specialized class incorporates the very therapeutic and also invigorating effects of the Yoga Wall.  Great for anyone looking to build spine health, flexibility and strength, this one is for you!

 

Emphasis will be put on specific poses that target the hips and spine both on and off the Yoga Wall. Whether you are brand new to Yoga or more advanced, you are certain to find a way to improve and deepen your practice!

Yoga One San Diego 

Thursdays 4:15-5:15pm, Foundation Yoga All Levels

 

Foundation yoga classes are ideal for both beginners and continuing students who enjoy practicing at a slower pace. Foundation yoga classes provide clear, step-by-step instructions regarding optimal alignment for physical yoga postures including how to utilize props when beneficial. Students will develop strength, flexibility and enhanced mobility paired with breath and present moment awareness. Options within postures will be provided so students can work at their own level, and may include standing, tabletop, seated and reclined.
